 Material :


  •  ½ kg of pulut flour
  •  3 ounces of palm sugar
  •  1 coconut
  •  Salt
  •  Water

 How to make :

  •  Stir the flour using water until smooth
  •  Sprinkle salt to taste
  •  Shape the dough roundly
  •  Enter the palm sugar into the dough that has been formed
  •  Prepare the water into the pot, wait for the water to boil
  •  Enter the dough that has been formed one by one
  •  Wait until the dough floats, then remove.
  •  Grated coconut
  •  Enter the dough that has been boiled into the grated coconut.

Bahan :

·         ½ kg tepung pulut

·         3 ons gula aren

·         1 buah kelapa

·         Garam

·         Air putih

 

Cara Membuat :

·         Aduk tepung menggunakan air sampai  kalis

·         Tabur garam secukupnya

·         Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat

·         Masukkan gula aren kedalam adonan yang sudah dibentuk

·         Siapkan air kedalam dandang, tunggu air mendidih

·         Masukkan adonan yang sudah dibentuk saatu persatu

·         Tunggu hingga adonan mengapung, lalu angkat.

·         Parut kelapa

·         Masukkan adonan yang sudah direbus kedalam parutan kelapa.
