RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE GAYO TYPICAL FOOD PENGAT FISH (ikan pengat)
Material :
- 1/2 kg of tilapia fish
- 2 kecombrang flower seeds
- Andaliman fruit to taste
- Gegarang leaves to taste

- 2 biji bunga kecombrang
- buah andaliman secukupnya
- daun gegarang secukupnya
- garam
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 1 ons cabe merah keriting
- 2 cm kunyit
- 1 cm jahe
- 4 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
cara membuat :
- Bersihkan ikan
- Aduk bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan kedalam wadah ikan
- potong kecombrang kecil- kecik, bersihkan
- masukkan ikan dan bunga kecombrang kedalam wajan
- masukkan andaliman dan daun gegarang
- masukkan garam secukupnya
- tuangkan air secukupnya
- tunggu hingga matang dan mengering.
