Saus:
- 500 gram Mayo
- 250 gram yoghurt
- 250 gram kental manis
- keju parut
Cara membuat:
1. Potong buah ukuran dadu kecil, campur jadi satu.
2. Campur semua bahan saus kecuali keju di satu wadah.
3. Tuang saus ke atas buah, aduk rata. Taburi keju.

Bahan saus:
- 200 ml susu cair
- 100 gram gula pasir
- 1 sdm tepung maizena
- 6 sendok makan mayonnaise
- keju parut, secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Campur 3 sdm susu cair dan tepung maizena.
- Masukkan gula dan sisa susu cair, didihkan. Masukkan larutan tepung maizena. Masak hingga mendidih. Matikan api.
- Tambahkan keju dan mayonnaise , aduk rata. Simpan di kulkas hingga dingin.
- Tata potongan buah, siram saus.
