Recipes and how to make dumplings (onde-onde)
Material :
- ½ kg of bread flour
- 2 ounces of sugar
- 2 eggs
- Baking soda
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Sesame seeds
Stuffing material:
- 2 ounces of peanuts
- 2 ounces of Palm Sugar / red
How to make stuffing:
- Gongseng peanuts
- Mash the beans until they are not too smooth
- Mix the sugar into the peanut mixture
- Stir breadcrumbs, sugar, eggs, butter until evenly distributed
- Pour 1 teaspoon of vanilla, mix well
- Shape the dough roundly
- Enter the peanut filling into the dough that has been shaped
- Apply sesame seeds on the dough that has been printed
- Heat oil, then fry over medium heat.
- After the dough turns yellow, remove it.
Bahan :

½ kg Tepung Roti

2 ons gula pasir
·
2 butir telur
·
Soda kue
·
Mentega
·
Vanili
·
Biji wijen
Bahan isian :
·
2 ons Kacang tanah
·
2 ons Gula Aren/merah
Cara membuat isian :
·
Gongseng kacang tanah
·
Tumbuk kacang tersebut sampai tidak terlalu
halus
·
Campurkan gula kedalam adonan kacang
Cara Menbuat :
·
Aduk tepung roti, gula pasir, telur, mentega
sampai merata
·
Tuangkan 1 sendok teh vanili, aduk rata
·
Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat
·
Masukan isian kacang kedalam adonan yang sudah
di bentuk
·
Balurkan biji wijen pada adonan yang sudah
dicetak
·
Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng dalam api sedang.
·
Setelah adonan menguning angkat.
Makanan siap disajikan.
