RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE CICAH GAYO
Cicah gayo
ingredient :
- 1/2 kg buffalo / cow skin
- 2 ounces of liver
- 2ons spleen
- 2ons of heart
- 3 ounces of meat
- 1 tablespoon finely ground pepper
- 10 cloves of red
- 3 cloves of white
- 1 ounce Gongseng lapel
- salt to taste
- 2 limes (water)
- 1 young banana comb
how to make :
- Boil buffalo / cow skin, liver, spleen, heart, meat, wait until cooked
- after cooking, cut into small pieces all the ingredients
- after all the ingredients are cut (kneaded) by hand
- add pepper powder, salt and orange juice, stir well
- after flat ready to serve
bahanya:
- 1/2 kg kulit kerbau/sapi
- 2 ons hati
- 2ons limpa
- 2ons jantung
- 3 ons daging
- 1 sendok mkn merica halus
- 10 siung bwg merah
- 3 siung bwg putih
- 1 ons kelapak Gongseng
- garam secukupnya
- 2 buah jeruk nipis(airnya)
- 1 sisir pisang muda
caranya:
- Rebus kulit kerbau/sapi, hati, limpa, jantung, daging, tunggu hingga matang
- setelah matang potong kecil-kecil semua bahan
- setelah semua bahan di potong aduk( diremas2) dengan tangan
- masukkan merica bubuk, garam dan perasan jeruk aduk rata
- setelah rata siap disajikan
