RECIPE & HOW TO MAKE TUMIS PAREπ©π»π³π₯
Material :
- 1/2 kg Pare
- 2 ounces of curly green chilies
- 1/2 ounce of cayenne pepper
- 3 ounces of cempoka
- 2 ounces of shrimp
- 5 spring onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
How to make :
- Cut the bitter melon into small pieces, knead with salt water so that it is not too bitter to wilt
- Clean the bitter melon thoroughly
- Clean the shrimp
- Bersikah cempoka, then fry until cooked
- Chop green chilies, bird's eye chilies, shallots, and garlic
- heat the oil

- Rajang cabai hijau, rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih
- Panaskan minyak
- Tumis bawang merah dan putih, tunggu hingga wangi
- Masukkan cabai setelah layu masukkan pare
- Setelah setengah matang masukkan udang dan cempoka
- Masukkan daun salam
- Aduk hingga rata
- Tunggu hingga matang
