RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE RISOL👩🏻🍳🫔
Materials :
- Leather Material:
- 250 gr wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1 egg
- to taste Salt
- to taste the chicken Royco
- Water / liquid milk approximately 750 ml or to taste
- Panko bread flour
- to taste Vegetable oil
- Stuffing material:
- 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
- 4 small potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, cut into small cubes
- 3 pieces of garlic
- to taste Pepper
- 3 red onions
- to taste Salt
- to taste Sugar
- to taste Grated cheese / cheese sheets
- to taste the chicken Royco
- to taste Mayonnaise
- as needed Water / liquid milk
how to make :
- Prepare a container for flour, tapioca, eggs, salt, royco. Stir well. Then pour water / liquid milk into the mixture until blended and actually become a little runny .. Don't be too runny. And make sure it is lump free. Must get slippery from lumps
- Grind the spices: garlic, onion and pepper together until smooth. Then heat the skillet with oil and a little butter. Saute the onions until wilted then the ground spices until fragrant, then add salt, sugar and flavor. Add carrots and potatoes. Stir until blended, then when the vegetables start to wilt, give enough water / liquid milk, stir until it dries and the ingredients are soft. Press it so that it is more destroyed. Remove and set aside
- Heat a non-stick skillet (Teflon). Sprinkle a little butter so it's not sticky. Then pour the skin mixture thought "aja (if I'm one scoop) then flatten it to the surface of the Teflon. Remove and then give enough filling then mayo and cheese in each risoles. Roll aside. Repeat until about" 15 pieces. Do not throw the rest of the skin dough away for dyeing it. After 15 pieces of risoles are sls then prepare the rest of the liquid dough and prepare the panko flour in a different container. One by one the risoles are dipped into the liquid dough and then spread with panko flour until evenly spread over the entire surface of the risoles.
- Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the risoles until they turn brownish. Remove and drain and serve with bird's eye chilies or chili sauce.
Bahan-bahan
- Bahan kulit :
- 250 gr Tepung Terigu
- 1 sdm tepung tapioka
- 1 buah Telur
- secukupnya Garam
- secukupnya Royco ayam
- Air / susu cair kurang lebih 750ml atau secukupnya
- Tepung roti Panko
- secukupnya Minyak sayur
- Bahan isian :
- 1 buah wortel,potong dadu kecil
- 4 buah kentang ukuran kecil, potong dadu kecil
- 1 buah bawang bombay, potong dadu kecil
- 3 buah bawang putih
- secukupnya Lada
- 3 buah bawang merah
- secukupnya Garam
- secukupnya Gula
- secukupnya Keju parut/keju lembaran
- secukupnya Royco ayam
- secukupnya Mayonnaise
- secukupnya Air/susu cair
cara membuatnya :
Siapkan wadah untuk tepung terigu, tapioka,telur, garam, royco. Aduk rata. Lalu tuangkan air/susu cair ke dalam adonan sampai rata dan benar-benar menjadi agak cair.. Jangan terlalu cair ya. Dan pastikan bebas dr gumpalan tepung. Harus sampai licin dr gumpalan
Haluskan bumbu : bawang putih bawang merah dan lada menjadi satu sampai halus. Lalu panaskan wajan beri minyak dan sedikit mentega. Tumis bawang bombay sampai layu lalu bumbu halus tadi sampai harum, lalu beri garam gula dan penyedap rasa. Masukkan wortel dan kentang. Aduk sampai rata kemudian apabila sayuran sudah mulai layu beri air /susu cair secukupnya aduk sampai mengering dan lunak bahan isiannya. Tekan-tekan supaya lebih hancur ya. Angkat sisihkan
Panaskan wajan anti lengket (teflon). Poleskan sedikit mentega supaya gak lengket. Lalu tuang kan adonan kulit dikira"aja (klo saya satu centong) lalu ratakan ke permukaan teflon. Angkat lalu beri isian secukupnya trus mayo dan keju di setiap risoles nya. Gulung sisihkan. Ulangi kembali sampai kira" 15 buah. Sisa adonan kulit nya jangan di buang sisihkan karna buat celupannya. Setelah 15 buah risoles sudah sls lalu siapkan sisa adonan cair tadi dan siapkan tepung panko nya di wadah yg berbeda. Satu persatu risoles nya di celupk ke adonan cair tadi lalu balurkan dgn tepung panko sampai rata keseluruh permukaan risoles.
Panaskan wajan dengan minyak sayur. Goreng risoles sampai berubah warna kecoklatan. Angkat tiriskan dan sajikan dengan cabai rawit atau saus cabai.
