RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE ASAM JING BANDANG FISH VAGETABLE
Material:
- 1 broiled bandang fish, cut into small sizes
- 3 ons potato
- 3 spring onions,
- 2 cloves of white
- 3 candlenuts
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander cilantro
- 2 cm turmeric
- salt to taste
- 2 barley leeks
- 6 red chilies.
how to make :
- Grilled fish in small pieces
- peel the potatoes cut according to slera and then clean

Bahannya:
- 1ekor ikan bandang yg sudah di panggang dipotong ukuran kecil2
- 3 ons kentang
- 3 siung bawang merah ,
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 3 biji kemiri
- 1/2 sendok makan ketumbar
- 2 cm kunyit
- garam secukupnya
- 2 helai daun bawang
- 6 biji cabe merah.
cara membuatnya :
- Ikan panggang di potong kecil-lecil
- kupas kentang potong sesuai slera lalu bersihkan
- haluskan bawang meah, bawang putih, kemiri, ketumbar, kunyit dan cabe merah
- iris daun bawang kecil-kecil atau sesuai slera
- tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan
- masukkan air secukupnya
- masukkan kentang yang sudah dipotong
- setelah mendidih masukkan ikan yg sudah dipotong2
- masukkan garam dan penyedap secukupnya, atau sesuai slera
- tunggu bumbu meresap selama lima menit lalu angkat siap sajikan
