HOW TO MAKE CAKE NAGA SARI
CAKE NAGA SARI
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of rice flour
- 3 ounces of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of thick coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt, sufficient stick of stick

- 3 ripe Ambon bananas
- cut into a wrapped banana leaf that has been wilted.
How to make :

- then take a 10 cm banana leaf,
- take 3 tablespoons of the mixture then add the banana pieces and wrapped in a stick stick so that the dough does not come out
- then cook again for about 10 minutes ready to serve
Bahan:
- 1/2 kg tepung beras
- 3 ons gula pasir
- 3 sendok makan santan kental
- 1 sendok teh garam,tusuk lidi secukupnya.

- 3 buah pisang Ambon masak dipotong2.
- untuk bungkus daun pisang yg sudah di layukan
caranya:
- semua bahan dijadikan satu tempat lalu diaduk hingga merata dalam baskom
- lalu tambahkan air putih secukupnya sampai agak cair
- lalu tuangkan ke dalam wajan besar lalu diaduk- aduk dalam api sedang setelah kental diangkat,
- lalu ambil daun pisang ukuran 10 cm,
- Ambil bahan 3 sendok makan adonan
- lalu masukkan potongan pisang dan dibungkus di tancapkan tusukan lidi biar adonan tidak keluar lalu di masak lagi sekitar 10 menit siap di sajikan
