RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE TOFU AND TEMPE BACEM (Resep Tahu Tempe Bacem) 👩🏻🍳
Bacem tahu tempe
Ingredients:
- Tofu
- Tempe
Spices:
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Coriander
- 1 sachet of coconut milk Sasa kara / grated coconut milk
- rown sugar / palm sugar
- 2 candlenuts
- Grated Salam Leaves Seasoning,
- Shallots Garlic
- Coriander
- Coriander

- Fry tofu and tempeh which has been cut into pieces according to taste
- Saute the spices that have been mashed until fragrant
- Add enough coconut milk and water, wait until it boils
- add brown sugar / palm sugar according to taste
- Enter the salt and flavorings, to taste
- Add the tempeh and tofu that have been fried before
- Let stand until the spices are absorbed, wait until the sauce dries a little or depends on your taste.

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 1. Tahu
- 2. Tempe
- Bumbu-bumbu :
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- Ketumber
- Satu saset santan Sasa kara/ santan kelapa parut
- Gula meah/aren
- 2 butir kemiri
- Daun Salam
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- Bawang merah
- Bawang putih
- Ketumbar
- Kemiri
caranya :
- Goreng tahu dan tempe yang sudah di potong-potong sesuai selera
- Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai harum
- Masukkan santan dan air secukupnya, tunggu sampai mendidih
- masukkan gula merah/aren sesuai selera
- Masukkan garam dan penyedap rasa, secukupnya
- Masukkan tempe dan tahu yang sudah di goreng tadi
- Diamkan sampai bumbu meresap, tunggu sampai kuah agak mengering atau tergantung selera mau kuah atau tidak.
