RECIPES AND HOW TO MAKE GAYO TYPICAL FOOD SPICY SOUR (macam jeng) 🥔🥬

MACAM JENG



Material :

  • 2 ounce long beans
  • 2 ounces of ear mushrooms
  • 2 bunch of cassava leaves
  • 1 ounce of dried anchovies
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes

 seasoning (mashed):

  • 1 ounce of curly red chilies
  • 2 cm of turmeric
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tamarind seeds
  • salt to taste

 How to make :

  • Wash and cut into small pieces or according to taste all vegetable ingredients
  • Boil water in a frying pan then add all the hot ingredients
  • After the vegetables are half cooked, add the spices that have been mashed
  • Wait until the spices are absorbed and add the salt according to taste

 Bahan :

- kacang panjang 2 ons

- jamur kuping 2 ons

- daun ubi kayu 2 ikat

- ikan teri kering 1 ons

- kentang 1/2 kg


Bumbu (dihaluskan) :

- 1 ons cabe merah keriting 

- 2 cm kunyit

- 4 siung bawang merah

- 2 siung bawang putih

- 5 biji asam sunti

- garam secukupnya


Cara membuat :

- cuci dan potong kecil- kecil atau sesuai selera semua bahan sayuran 

- didihkan air dalam wajan lalu masukkan semua bahan syur 

- setelah setengah matang sayur masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan

- tunngu sampai bumbu meresap dan masukkan garam sesuai selera
